Sinitta Monero is an award-winning comedy and drama writer, who penned the scripts BOSH (Winner: British Urban Film Festival Script Writing Award 2018 and Cannes Screenplay Contest Festival 2019) and SARA WHITE AND THE SEVEN SOCIALITES (Winner: British Urban Film Festival Script Writing Award 2017). She went on to complete the Channel 4 Screenwriting course in 2019, and become one of the final six screenwriters considered for the 4Stories On The Edge anthology series in 2020.

Sinitta is best known for her comedy web series SUFFERING, which is currently available on Black and Sexy TV’s VOD platform.

​

Currently Sinitta is working with Black Light TV, on her first script commission for Channel 4 and is part of the all-female #TellHerVision comedy writersroom with ScreenSkills and ERA 50:50. She also recently participated in a writersroom for Dark Wave Film and Big Deal Films, and is currently co-writing a horror pilot for Tremelo Pictures.

Sinitta has a background in production and has worked as a production assistant on STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS (AVCO), URBAN HYMN (Eclipse Films), LEGEND (Valance Films) and MR HOLMES (Slight Trick Productions).
